Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with TORBC workspace and services. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, obtain unauthorised access, introduce harmful material, scrape protected information or misuse another person’s identity.
Information and availability
We aim to keep public information accurate and current, but workspace, facilities, prices and availability can change. Representative photographs do not promise that a specific office or layout is available. A service is only reserved when the booking flow confirms payment and acceptance, or when TORBC confirms an agreement in writing.
Enquiries and applications
Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a licence, tenancy, reservation or obligation on TORBC to make an offer. Offers remain subject to availability, approval, identity and compliance checks, agreed commercial terms and the applicable signed documents.
Online bookings and payments
Public bookings are governed by the service description, price, cancellation information and terms shown during checkout. Card details are entered on the regulated payment provider’s hosted page and are not stored by TORBC. A booking remains unconfirmed until payment is accepted and confirmation is issued.
Intellectual property and links
Website text, branding, layout and TORBC-owned images may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; TORBC does not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TORBC is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on out-of-date availability, interruption outside its reasonable control, misuse of the website or an external service. Separate agreements govern paid workspace and customer services.
Contact and governing law
Questions can be sent to info@torbc.co.uk. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
